Nix, Do not let anybody kid you that South Africa is no longer a racist country. Although they can vote, Caucasians are second class citizens. Although not as harsh as under Apartheid, the present number of race laws exceeds those in force before 1994. Crazily, we have race laws without any full, objective, legal definition of any of the racial categories.
