I like a good éclair. They must be fresh though, as you can tell right away if they're not. Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where George eats one out of the trash!

I think we call these Long Johns in US?

Vendoni, at dunking they don't fill there long johns with anything, it's just a long donut with a topping.

In Hawaii, we call it 'Long John', which were coated with sugar powder outside and filled with custard or asst. cream flavors. The Eclairs were frosted on the top outside with chocolate, vanilla, other asst. flavors, and filled the same as above...Long Johns are still my favorite donut snack since I was little!
