A great favourite of mine.

I've never eaten a hazelnut, only had it in liquid form - Frangelica and coffee creamer.

Lady Elaine, yes they are also called filberts and we grow them here in Oregon like crazy and yummy yummy I used to sneak sneak into hazelnut orchards and pick them up off the ground when no one was looking and then smash them with a hammer when I get home

hazelnut's are good, they're in mixed nuts sometimes, and of course hazelnut spread is pretty great too!
