Lou Lou, Perhaps should have which of these Capitals is the oldest city.

Kind of a tricky question because Lisbon became the capital of Portugal centuries before Athens became the capital of Greece, even though Athens is an older city than Lisbon. So the answer depends on how you interpret the question.
