Who is a character in the story 'Peter Pan'?

J.M.Barrie left the rights to "Peter Pan" to the Great Ormond St Children's Hospital. When they expired the Law was changed ( just for Peter Pan) to make it permanent - in the UK. Alas, Disney isnt based in UK. And I think if they _had_ donated all the royalties they would make sure we ALL heard about it.
