Which disease was never a final diagnosis in the TV show 'House MD'?

This is very interesting. However, there are too many unexplained medical terms that make it hard to understand very well.

Only two diagnosed cases in a set of twins sounds like the doctor had no idea what the issue was so he came up with a ‘new’ condition/syndrome/ disease . I myself suffer from Yergleflepper Masholica syndrome. One day they’ll figure out . Or grow tired of it and me!

Hugh Laurie is also a talented musical entertainer and I loved this show.
