It was insane!!! Obviously the National Guard soldiers had not been given correct or sufficient instructions and felt that it was a free for all at a shooting gallery. Whoever was responsible for those soldiers was actually responsible for the events that occurred. Soldiers are given orders and expected to follow those orders to the letter. Either their orders were wrong or too confusing. And that is totally unacceptable. It was not the fault of the soldiers. It was the fault of the individual in charge of them!!!
