I don't use much catsup, except for french fries. My favorite sauce for chicken is Pick-A-Peppa. It's made only in Shooter's Hill, Jamaica. There has been a shortage recently because the Pick-A-Peppa plant was shut down by hurricane Beryl. It should be back on the shelves soon.
