Which of these is a severe snowstorm with strong winds and low visibility?

I'm in Wyoming and our wind is historic so when it snows, There's potential for a ground blizzard.

But, they sure are awesome when you watch them from inside your home!

I have no experience with the blizzard, but I have learned about it.

Ivenever been in a blizzard or snowstorm, but once I was driving home at 9:30 @night after a class and it was raining so hard I could not see the hood of the car. I had to open the window and follow the dotted white line for about 3 miles until the rain let up I had to work hard to control my fear so I could drive. This was before cell phones.

...that I can think of is getting a day off school or work because it is dangerous to travel.
