In the film "The Beekeeper", how many 'Beekeepers' at a time are on active duty working for the government?

As usual the cut and paste is deficient. The Eloise mentioned owns a property where the retired Beekeeper Adam Clay lives and actually raises bees . The scammers steal all her money including the funds for a charity she runs, so she commits suicide. The Beekeeper then seeks retribution and thus the film continues. I think is is a great film.
