HunkyChief10342, The terms are indeed outdated and all are considered derogatory....In the early 70s, when women started entering the military in large numbers....those were used, but by 1980s no one used those terms...We are soldiers, airmen, marines, sailors, and are addressed by rank. Speaking for the Air Force...the term WAF is not in any of our regulatory manuals....still used ? by who, a dinosaur ? Sorry for the length...retired USAF (1973-1997)

During my service in the USMC “1999-2004”, Female Marine’s were often referred to as “WM’s”. This in and of itself is not derogatory however, at Camp Pendleton and MCAS Miramar, the local trash service “Waste Management” is also referred to as “WM”...not so cool.

HunkyChief10342, I'm not certain but I think Wikipedia became a reputable source for facts the minute coaches 45 had one of his mouthpieces say that they had alternate facts. I thought that it were facts and then lies.
