This answer is disputed with both Israel and Palestine claiming Israel as their capital. The position of the majority of UN countries is to recognise Tel-Aviv as the capital till the issue is resolved. Interesting that this is one of the few articles that does not give Wikipedia as a source, where this dispute is discussed.

Forgot to add that Israel has West Jerusalem and Palestine has East Jerusalem, they are both a capital but Palestine just choose to keep Ramallah as it due to proximity of Jerusalem to Israel and bunch of reasons

Right now, Ramallah is serving as the capital of Palestine and the de facto capital of Palestine since West Jerusalem was captured by Israel
