My son sleepwalks, sleeptalks and sometimes screams and is frightened whilst in the middle of a nightmare. Been going on for 2 yrs, he's only 6. Let me tell you, it's stressful and heartwrenching watching and the only good thing out of it is he cannot remember doing it when he gets up in the morning.

i sleep walk and sleep eat a lot mostly when i take my insomnia meds.my husband and daughter have found me many times one time my daughter stopped me from going out the back door but i dont usually remember anything

I had a Friend that Slept walk. when your 11 yrs old its a little Scary. she could not Sleepover other people's houses but I could Sleepover her house. I only Slept over her house once. Never Did it again, I was Terrified!

My brother used to sleep walk when he was younger while I used to sleep-talk. My older sister would come & sit on my bed & talk with me. Next morning she'd try to continue the conversation but I had no recollection. I just hope I didn't let too many secrets out of the bag! Hahaha
