What is Ptitim?

Unfortunately the picture doesn’t show “ptitim” which spoused to be round in shape

I have heard of couscous I have never heard of "ptitim", I wouldn't even know how to pronounce it. can somebody please break it down in syllables

I know it as pearl couscous and you'd say it would taste just like pasta, but I wouldn't use pasta instead of it... so perhaps the feel is different.
