Doesn't have to be narrow, it's the fear of not being able to get out. I can't have mri's and get antsy if the elevator door doesn't open fast enough.

I suffered a severe panic attack going up the stairwell inside the Statue of Liberty. Thankfully, there are a couple of places to sit out of the line climbing up, and I was able to keep going after some minutes sitting and deep breathing.

It doesn’t have to be necessarily narrow, if I feel trapped in I could get panic attacks

I don't like spaces that only have one exit where I feel trapped in.
