scruff27018, you cannot buy rolling tobacco either, I had to smoke cigarettes when I went last year, or cigars. I will take my own tobacco next time I visit Cuba. A wonderful country and lovely people. America stop the embargo, Cuba is not a threat to America anymore. I would like to live there.
