Where is the world's largest monument dedicated to a writer located?

I remember this from being "a wee laddie living in Auld Reekie".

I was born in Edinburgh. know it well.

Sir Walter Scot - My most unfavourite author whilst at school. "The Antiquary", his book that we studied for O-Levels was a nightmare of boredom from beginning to end & is still remembered with a shudder! But his monument IS very impressive!
