Which drug is used to reduce pain and fever?

joymarch016, everything in moderation. I’m post liver and kidney transplant and I’m allowed to take Tylenol (not ibuprofen) obviously in moderation. Too much of anything isn’t good but once in a while and within reason is more than fine to take! No reason to be in pain in today’s day and age

Didn't mention it came originally from willow bark which has been used for pain for at least 3500 years.

Paracetamol is also used for pain and fever and is the main treatment for any febrile illness.

Reny, Aspirin is made by lots of companies, Bayer is just one.

Dorothy, Tylenol and Ibuprofen are deadly for your kidneys and liver, medical literature today doesn't warn you that these medications are dangerous even in the therapeutic dose range. Aspirin is best and only aspirin prevents heart attacks !!
