Julie G, Yes, you are correct, The Hill of Tara is in County Meath in Ireland. It is the inaugural site where the High Kings of Ireland were crowned. Also their Seat of Power.

I have been to the 'Oulde Sod,' and I traveled all over that beautiful land. I discovered that there are at least 2 hills named Tara. And according to the locals, each one is claimed to be the home of the High Kings! You gotta love the Irish!

I took interest with “Gone With The Wind” and eventually watched the movie. Amazing classic film! I loved the characters, especially Scarlett. Her naivety and her infatuation with Ashley Wilkes, that she’s unable to realize that Rhett might just be the man for her. He’s in love with Scarlett and can help her in many ways. It was definitely a must read and a must watch. The dresses Scarlett wore were splendidly beautiful.
