What is the most common mental health disorder worldwide?

I thought anxiety was more common cuz literally every second person I know has anxiety!! But I guess depression wins…

I'm thinking that there's a lot more anxiety. Nearly everyone I know has it to some degree.

I think these results are skewed and they don’t take into consideration the vast amount of people who don’t seek medical attention or advice relevant to this topic..

Depression can run in families as well. Especially if they have a large portion of Irish in their genes.
