For anyone who wants to know what Finns trick was... Finn fled home, dressed up, and pretended to be a baby. Finns wife then told benandonner that finn wasn't at home, but she needed to check on their baby. Benandonner took one look at the baby and fled back over to Scotland. He thought that if that was the size of his baby, Finn must be huge! That is what we were told!!

Karen Lynn, this I'm guessing is the Irish version of the tale ...iv herd this before but never in such detail ..I'm thinking the scots version will be similar but not the same conclusion ..
