Krissy Cookson, I'm a vet tech also and this is very true. I'm amazed this game would go into such detail as to why these foods are bad for pets! Very cool!

My dog used to fit, vets couldn’t figure it out, but after years of research by myself on line I found out most dogs can’t eat wheat and you would amazed at how much us in dog foods! After changing my dog food to wheat free dog food I no longer have my dog fitting! Scary how so many other dogs and dog owners suffer for no reason, because all they need to do is change their food. Yes it’s very expensive to feed my dogs now but so worth every penny! My dogs only eat healthy treats as well like cucumber apples and carrots, you would not believe the difference in them all after I git rid of every shop bought cheap food.

ALSO, research "Grain Free"--Dogs and yes, humans aren't designed to eat wheat or wheat like products. Gluten, which is in just about every aisle and product at the grocery store, is a KILLER. Seriously. Look up "Wheat Brain" or "Wheat Belly" or "Gluten Brain". I spent years researching this topic and finally changed my lifestyle and diet. No more RX for arthritis pain because I gave up food with gluten (causes inflammation which causes pain)--lost 40lbs just by cutting gluten out of my life--the list goes on of the benefits. Change your life if you have the will power. :-) Oh yeah, my cats are all grain free now and guess what??! No more gimping around with hip and joint pains!!! Good luck!

its pretty sad when you know most dog owners feed their pets basically any human food. stick to what pet food experts make for your pet, please. Exceptions don't count if your pet lived long.

This is actually incorrect. I take in dogs with Cancer, seizures, heart disease and return them to pristine health. I would never feed any of them eggs but I do feed pounds and pounds of grapes. In fact, my dogs with cancer always get grapes and watermelon for the first few month for rapid recovery. We really need to put an end to the grape myth because it is the drugs the dogs are treated with after they ingest a grape that causes their death, not the harmless grape. By having pet owners fear a favorite fruit of dogs it sends the owner to the vet where the dog is poisoned by medications with known side effects of liver and kidney failure. It is the irrational fear of the fruit that leads to the death of the dog, not the fruit.

tokin, that’s harsh. Maybe some people just didn’t know. Education is key but we’re not perfect and I’m sure that most all pet owners try their best to be the best parents they can be to their animals.
