white shadow, I think cloning is a bad idea because scientists feel they can do this to anyone including humans is nothing sacred

Player Freewoman, Ten to twelve years is the normal lifespan for a sheep.

Too esoteric. Wrong answer level is probably very high. a better question would be: "What is Dolly the sheep known for?"

I don't really like the idea of cloning... having a Nother me... might not be likeable

So they cloned Dolly back in the 90s yet no real media coverage since. Does everyone think they stopped there?

Little Luna
pinkcarol1, Cloned pets have the same genes of the original, but having the personality and temperament is unlikely as those are heavily influenced by how the animal is raised, not genetics.

Roxanne, The most life sheep who are bred to eat have is 18 months roughly, nothing like up to 12 yrs sometimes more the oldest known was 28 yrs. I'm so glad I don't eat meat don't want that on my conscience.

The average lifespan for sheep is 10-12 years. Guess cloning isn’t as good as they hoped it would be if they only get half a lifetime.
