Rachel, Judaism 4500ish years old, Christianity 2022ish years old. The Angles, 500AD/CE Saxons 700AD/CE and Norse/Viking 800s AD/CE. The Norse and their Germanic predecessors as far as their pantheon is concerned all came after the Romans and Christianity reached Western Europe. Prior to the rise of Saxon, Angle and Jute tribes a hill, tree, river etc was more likely to be a god that the commonly recognised Germanic/Norse gods we know today.
