Never read it, just knew it was about a battle between mobydick & cpt ahab. But this question makes me want to actually read the Story itself.

The only reason I knew this answer is because in the movie 'Matilda', Matilda's character reads this book at the end of the film, and when she opens it & starts reading, she says "Call me Ishmael". So, thanks, Matilda! 😃
