Oh, & I loved living near Monterey! The rolling hills are quite breath-taking!! I wish I still lived there, but it's nice to know that I'll get to go visit my mom's side of the family there pretty often. It will always be home to me.

bigfish92946, California has the largest economy, most of the tech companies, the most varied and beautiful scenery, & some of the best universities in the United States. I used to live in Washington DC, which has a huge homeless population, but they keep them out of sight because the international tourists would be uncomfortable. Lots of veterans. Don't know why our president doesn't do something for the homeless in his own city! Not interested?
