Although iam from kerala, when we were in Rajasthan. we used to drink lassi there. its actually Tasty and very good and beneficial for people who lives hot climatic regions like Rajasthan.

Cookie Bean, it looks like eggnog but it is totally different in treatment. It is usually a light mixture ( no cooking), ( basic yogurt for easy digestion, water (better if chilled ), and may have some species for taste and replenishing the body. Hence, it is quite refreshing especially during summer. It may contain salt or sugar also. It may have fruit pulp like mango for taste and body. But milk punch could be little bit heavy on stomach, and may have highly fermented items like liquor. You may prefer it over eggnog during summers and vice-versa.
