Saw this being made on Masterchef Australia just recently 😊

I absolutely love Pho! Such a wonderful soup! I love the Thai Basil in it. Delicious! I love it in a Vietnamese restaurant and I make it at home too but use the Pho broth bought in the grocery store.

Oh good grief. Lately I'm seeing more and more Asian restaurants advertising pho on their signs. I was told it was a noodle by someone.
