I hate when they Disney-fy the old stories I grew up on! I could have cried when they ruined The Little Mermaid. The original ending was sad, but so satisfying. Kids need to know that some behaviors bring consequences, and not everyone lives happily ever after.

Imagine if Pinocchio is real, how can he escape to go on a party? Whenever I watch Pinocchio filipino version I always think that I can be honest while not actually saying the real word for my nose to not get long. For example: They will ask, 'where did you hide the bread?' and I will say 'Under the table' but actually it is under the carpet but I didn't lie because it's actually under the table, I didn't just specify it. I don't know if it will work haha
