Frito77, I totally agree with you, my favourite accent too. I live in Shropshire, 5 miles from the Welsh border, and a lot of people in my town are Welsh. I know the name in the play was Fluellen, and that is very similar to the way it's pronounced, but it is actually spelled Llewellyn. The LL in Welsh is pronounced thl, from the back of the throat.

Oh my I love accents & can definitely agree with a few mentioned here that’s for sure. I think the type of accent can really accentuate a person persona it adds to their charm. I’ve found I thought I liked an accent until I heard someone speak it & vice versa I dunno if tone & dialect (etc or whatever) have anything to go with it hmm 🤔 food for thought!
