here in Cyprus most dishes are garnished with parsley. I have to ask them not to as I cannot stand it.

If you eat onions or garlic , parsley will remove the smelly breath . I have an onion sensitivity which means I get gas and diarrhoea after eating onions . Including parsley in recipes really helps with that
