Some folks use horseradish as a condiment to augment prime rib or steak, which is OK, I suppose; but I prefer to appreciate the flavor of the meat itself, with just a bit of salt & black pepper.

WASABI IS USUALLY PREPARED ALONGSIDE SUSHI, AND HAS AN EXTREMELY POTENT HOT TASTE. I TRIED IT BY ACCIDENT AND IT NEARLY BURNED MY TONGUE.
