Correct answer: Wasabi

WASABI IS USUALLY PREPARED ALONGSIDE SUSHI, AND HAS AN EXTREMELY POTENT HOT TASTE. I TRIED IT BY ACCIDENT AND IT NEARLY BURNED MY TONGUE.
