We lived in Jersey for two years when I was a kid. We went through that tunnel several times.

Toronto definitely doesn't have a tunnel like that but Montreal does (under the St. Lawrence River)

BigEmpire27832, yes, it’s the Detroit/Windsor Tunnel. The only tunnel connecting international travel by automobiles. As a kid, I drove this tunnel with my parents several times.
