RushMama2112, I feed many generations of crows, they all come back in the spring, bringing their young with them, and they all love to walk. Very amusing to see 15-20 crows walking across the field to collect the leftovers 😀

In Australia there is a major taxonomic difference between ravens and crows: the base or shaft of the feather (where it enters the body) is grey for ravens and white for crows. In Victoria we have only raven species - crows are found in inland Australia
