I had one of these beauties land on my window last week. Didn't know much about them so I googled Luna moths. Was really sad to know the adult moth only lives for a week. Such a beautiful creature ❤️

Uninitialized, I stop my car at a local gas station one day and a really big flying moth landed on the gas tank just like this picture. wow. beautiful. I just stood still and looking at its amazing size for a long time. have not seen one like than since.
