This feels like a trick question. The epiglottis sits on top of the larynx lifting to allow air into the lungs when breathing and closing to keep food and drink out when swallowing. You need to have different choices if you want Pharynx to be the answer. Just saying. 🤔😬

I'm pretty sure the epiglottis is also above?
