What species is the smallest member of the cockatoo family?

I had a pet cockatiel once. His name was Nacho and he loved carrots. He wasn't much of a talker but I taught him to whistle show tunes.

We had a one named Jersey. I loved that bird, but she bonded with my husband. Oh well. Still loved that bird .
