Which of these is chest pain or pressure, usually due to not enough blood flow to the heart muscle?

I have experienced all answer options available & more when it comes to the chest & heart. Have had heart/chest issues since before birth & the struggle continues. Proud member of the Broken/Mended Hearts Club (Open Heart Surgery) since 1994. Just one of my many resurrections. Yeah I know I am deflecting now, & yeah I know the rest of this comment doesn't really correlate to the Q/A/E, It simply popped into my absent mind.
