Should be England and not English

Player #7301545, my question said England not English but should know it without being technical.

Awful question. English is not a country.

You would never have macrons with afternoon tea! Delicate sandwiches, cake such as Victoria sponge, light fruit, chocolate etc and scones with jam and cream, preferably clotted cream.

I don't think 'Afternoon Tea' is a thing in the everyday UK home. It's become a Traditional thing with cafes and restaurants. Don't get me wrong, I love a cup of Rosie Lee with a scone, jam and cream. lovely!

The question is worded wrong but on the plus side the odd one out is kinda a clue, I guess.
