I'm a New Yorker and the buildings are so high they sometimes block GPS. We say we are in a 'canyon'. Usually by the next intersection GPS is back BUT depending on traffic that could be awhile 😉

I have never heard of the city Manhattan New York. I thought it was the first answer so I got it wrong. Who would know that answer.
