Hmm, I think they've confused a couple things. Bracken Cave is outside of San Antonio. The Congressional Ave. bridge is in Austin. Both provide shelter for thousands of Mexican free-tailed bats - the cave by Nature and the bridge by happy accident. I've been fortunate to see them both!

Bats are great! we need them for insect control and pollination of plants. we wouldn't have coffee, tequila and other favourites without bats.
