Drowning must be one of the most horrendous ways to lose your life. I can remember when I was around 14yrs old and on a visit with 2 friends to our local swimming pool, I was continuously being pushed under the water by an older boy and was hardly able to get to the surface for breath before he pushed me under again. Thank god for the attendant who saw this happening and stopped it or I may have drowned that day, I was absolutely petrified
