Where is the “uitsmijter” most recognised as a popular dish?

In the UK it would be called a full English, though we have rashers of bacon not ham.

Player #Meg, full English wouldn't have cheese. it's bacon,sausage,beans,tomatoes, black pudding,mushrooms,egg and fried bread. it's not even near a full English!!

I've enjoyed this a few times while in the Netherlands but saw/heard it called only a bouncer. REALLY good!

Vanessa, Naah. the bacon, egg & fried bread is plenty - don't think I'd manage to eat a flower as well.
