New Australia was a socialist settlement in which country?

Player #6103765, outside of the UK, Argentina likely has the largest number of Welsh speakers due to the Welsh settlement in Patagonia, known as Y Wladfa. Estimates suggest there are between 1,500 and 5,000 active Welsh speakers in the region, particularly in Chubut Province. (How is that related to the question and thr explanation here, anyway?)

Was also a Welsh community set up there. Think it still has the largest number of Welsh speakers outside Wales.
