love Dr Who, really like Tom Baker. but my fave Doc was Jon Pertwee, and the best Doc ever. loved his shirts, the way the cuffs stuck out of the end of his jacket, very fancy. though David Tennant is a wonderful actor too.

I'm with you all the way Player Ejag! But I'm old enough to still love the Tom Baker Doctor. Check out his episodes if you get a chance. They're camp, but classic.

The irrationally long scarf was a happy mistake. The producers sent an overstuffed bag of yarn to the woman knitting the scarf for her to choose from. She mistakenly thought they meant for her to use it all. Over 18 feet long. Impractical, but Iconic.

I came to Dr Who late so my favorites are based on later Doctors. The series was such a delight, I watched faithfully every day! It’s no longer broadcast in the U.S. so I found a DVD set of my favorite 2 Doctors, Matt Smith and David Tennant! Now I can watch whenever I wish. BTW, my favorite episode is the Vincent Van Gogh story. Brings tears to my eyes each time I watch it.
