Everything about this show is exceptional: storyline, acting, character development. every time I hear Peggy Lee's version of "Fever", I think of the main character in this show singing it.

AWEsome series. the subtlety and care with which writers shone a light on how girls and women were/are marginalized, their wants and needs subsumed, their talents buried in service of societal expectations is much needed. we need to see this, and we then become the avenues of change.
