the house I grew up in got pigeons in the attic next to my bedroom every year. We could hear them cooing all the time and when we went into that space we'd find nests and bits of tiny blue egg shells. I loved it!

Gintaras, I knew a girl in school whose family came from Lithuania after WWII. She told me that her country no longer existed. I was very sad. As an adult I was really happy when I found out her country had been restored as the USSR broke down!

we have a dove who was a rescue. when released he just flew back to us and is at home for 3 years now. he sleeps Inside at night and walks around with dogs. he also comes to his name marvin. he is very intelligent it's so nice that he isn't caged and he just part of family.
