If the smallest weigh 2.4 grams and largest about 4.5, wouldn't the average weight be closer to 3.5 grams ?

dollis1963, A gram is a metric unit of measure roughly equivalent to 1/28 of an ounce. Yeah, by itself, one gram of anything isn't very much.
