Which item of clothing is usually worn by a Scotsman at a wedding?

I went to a tartan/kilt shop while visiting Scotland and was impressed with the high quality and surprised at how thick the wool is. All of the accessories were of very high grade as well.

My husband is from Edinburgh, Scotland, he and his groomsmen wore kilts, I walked down the aisle to someone playing bagpipes.

yep, my husband and his best man wore one and on a (rare) roasting hot Scottish spring day.
