I've been to Avery Island and went to the Tabasco factory. You're allowed only into a lobby where you can see the employees through windows stirring vats of sauce while wearing respirators. I recall that it's stirred for 6 months before getting bottled. The island is a beautiful place to visit.

I love hot and spicy foods! but I don't really like hot sauce! just to iky! and I don't really eat sauces or condiments! I don't don't like them! unless it's mayo and barbecue but other than that no thanks! to iky! and uh don't like things that can make a mess unless it is worth it! like tacos love them but I bit to messy but it's worth it! totes! ( love my Mexican food!! I do!)
